Well, wow! A new version of ROHQ all sleek and sexy and all... but the avatar have shrunk yet again; it's getting ridiculous, we can hardly see them now!
I'm starting to think that Fuse hates avatars (probably relates to some childhood trauma). I mean come on , I'm sur we can have a nice sleek and sexy forum while having nice big colorful avys too...

Obviously some sort of limit has to be established in regards to avatars, otherwise it would throw off the entire site design, especially if someone decided it would be cute to use a wallpaper. By default, the pre-installed avatars are 50x50. Currently, if you want an avatar larger than 50x50, you can have one, but people would need to click your name to get to your profile to see it. I would consider bumping up the dimensions another 25 x 25, most certain the dimensions would never under any circumstance exceed 100 x 100.

Yeah, something else I noted; the forum doesn't "remember" me (I have to type my user name and password everytime I visit). No issues with the avatar either.

Wrong characters... they are all there. I would have implemented it sooner, but Antialize's function he wrote for the previous site to display the toolbar isn't playing fair with this design. I think I will have time at some point to add it back in. The usual suspects still exist:
