The job would be volunteering just like me, but it would involve designing templates (html/css/javascript) and their associated images. Then I could come around and program the features in. I have tried for years learning the graphic arts of web design, while I know how to use photoshop, I just can't get the creative juices flowing enough to make anything look extraordinary. I want to be responsible just for the scripting aspect.

So you're probably asking, what's in it for me. Well of course you get a copy of the finished product for your own use, and use of your friends. But ideally it should be kept private until there is enough volunteers to allow the project to go open source, and any donations would be divided among the top contributors. The core itself is modular, divided between a wrapper, classes, templates, and modules. If there are never enough people to work on it, the project will remain small and closed, and its code will be just for the personal (or business) use of the participants.
