For people who are feeling bored and have some background in CSS/HTML/GFX: you can create your own skin for this site. Obviously the reward would be that if it's decent enough it will be posted as a selectable skin under edit profile. Or if it's really kick ass, it may even replace the default skin.
It's pretty simple, but you do need background in CSS/HTML at the very least. RagnarokHQ's default CSS file can be found:
http://www.ragnarokhq.com/templates/default/style.css
You download this file and change anything you want around from color to line-height. However, you will want to keep the same elements in tact for it to work. You can add additional elements though if they are missing. An element is like:
body
{
...
}
Some browsers allow you to load your own CSS file for webpages. This would be the easiest method to test what your work looks like. If you're feeling brave you can also make replacement images associated with your CSS file.
However, ultimately upon completion: you should put header.thm, footer.thm, style.css, and associated images in a folder titled as the skin name. Compress it, and let me know so I can download it and upload it to the site so it can be ran.
Right now I'm working with kershey on a general but nice looking CMS theme, which has to do with skinning. Her involvement however, also has to do with the layout of each page. Your guy's involvement is easier and more general.

Food for thought:
- The three most important things are: love, knowledge, and truth.
- To be remembered is to live forever.
- It's all about perspective, try to be grateful about life.
- Love happens by accident

What if I drew up a layout and then scanned it and posted it. Would that work?

"Even though, Passed this time alone
Somewhere so unknown, It heals the soul"
-Foo Fighters "February Stars"

Ummm :x ... photoshop would be a recommendation of a place to start. If you draw your own artwork and import it into an image design then it's possible to splice the design in P.S. and create an HTML version of it.
