In global studies, women in the Philippines are the hottest on earth. This was based on surveys provided to people in multiple different countries of multiple different races to avoid cultural and ethnic discrimination. Brazil was also up there on the hottest women on earth list. I believe Hispanics in general ranked top, then Asians, then white, then black.
