Then you have to go to the castle in the top left of Juno and go into the room with a single glowing book in the middle surrounded by a shit load of bookshelves, talk to the book and it'll put you into valhala, then talk to the sniper NPC

The room is about half way inside the castle, then straight up, if you need a better tutorial with pictures check Ragnarok's official website under sniper, here
