Yah, I think kRO is the only one to officially have it. Other versions are a half a year or more behind Korean version, so just wait as Israel has said.

Heck... kRO is still fairly in the testing phase of this, to include the Homunculus skill tree. So until the whole thing is perfected (yeah, right...), we won't be seeing this for a while...
