Since you receive double experience all the way to 99 in transcendence, it's possible, just so long as he doesn't die a lot... cuz dying punishes you x2 fold.

This is all dependent on your stats... we need to know what your 3 primary attributes are (dex, int, luk, agi, etc). Once we know this we can have a better idea of where to steer you in terms of where to level...

You should stick with a staple-item monster. You would probably want to level with a priest... a few options here are. Stings, clocks, alarms, all sorts of prisoners (glast), raydric are probably too hard for you, even with a mocking, besides c2 is hard for anyone really, let alone someone with your agi.

I don't know much about the new cities, but those might be an option...
