I've seen it before, yes... In an official document, but I've never tried it. It has to do something with age (like novices can't gamble, or gamer's profile age).

so theyv implemented it some time ago and then disabled it for some purpose.

There were plans for it, but I've not even seen it, even in kRO as of yet. The only "gambling" sort of thing in iRO is that lady that takes your 3-carat diamond in exchange for random equips. So far, I've not gotten anything good out of that damn thing, but people have gotten lucky getting rare stuff. The chances are pretty much the same as opening an OBB, but with much less crap but higher chance of getting NPC-buyable crap.

Hmm well I sorta remember them removing it... they felt that since some kiddies play this game it would be too much of a liability... or something like that >_<
