I can give info on that. As for a good site.. maybe roempire has it. Not sure how often Relena updates her database now.

Ragnainfo's forums have guides and info about Lighthalzen and the quest to get in Biolabs. As far as monster info and stuff... RoEmpire does have it, but I kinda doubt the accuracy of their database. Until we get ours up and running, you can check Ro-Cards. It's not an English site, but most of the text are, so you'll be fine.
