Alrighty then... seeing as to some folks wants to get some kind of RP started, let me go ahead and fire this one up (yet again). Below is the general synopsis and some information of each continent.

In the middle of the 22nd century, the world has dramatically changed after the “Great War”. A fragile peace rules over everyone and technology is the mainstream. Gigantic robots known as MEKs run rampant all over the world. Based on alien technology, the MEKs have both improved and safeguarded this peace. The world’s 7 continents; Aziah, Bruvotia, Kailos, Maisocord, Milios, Olonatus and Serren, each appointed a leader and these leaders coordinate with each other to maintain order in the world. But after the leader of Serren mysteriously disappeared over the seas between Bruvotia, Milios and Kailos… the fragile peace was shattered! Retrieving debris from the leader’s plane, Serren assumed that their leader was assassinated and declared war to all the other continents. Being a highly military-oriented continent with superior MEK technology, it didn’t take very long for Serren to control their neighboring continents, Aziah and Milios. Knowing that their continent is next, Bruvotia decided to form a pact with Kailos, a small continent with a lot of proficient MEK pilots, and Olonatus, a continent whose technological expertise rivals Serren. With things starting to heat up, Maisocord, a continent whose military comes a close second to Serren, remains neutral.
Years starts passing, a number of outstanding MEK pilots from every continent started emerging and rumors about one pilot will rise above all others and will lead the world into a new generation. Dorian Von Drakunus, who replaced the “missing” Serren leader, was disturbed by this and devised a way to screen out the best pilot of all and annihilate him or her at all cost.

AZIAH
- A continent between Maisocord and Serren. For it’s size, it is not really populated due to its frigid weather. Its snow-covered plains is perfect for hiding arctic-type MEKs. Any other normal MEK would just freeze up after prolonged exposure. Though harboring a number of military bases, this continent is mostly used for research and archeological expeditions.

BRUVOTIA
- One of the larger continents, it is located just beneath Maisocord. It is very industrialized and technologically sound with a well-rounded military force. Because of its location, it has quite a number mountainous terrain and volcanoes. Any MEK not equipped with a thermal modulator is sure to overheat in no time. This is one of the reasons why Serren has not attacked it. Rookie pilots, beware… the variation in its landscape requires skilled piloting if one wants to get around w/o a scratch.

KAILOS
- This is the smallest continent in the world, but although for its size… it holds a great deal of people! This is because it has an underwater civilization. Just the mere shape of the continent provided an effective combination of camouflage and environmental protection. This is the reason why pilots originating from here rank among the best since they deal with both land and aquatic hazards. The only downside to it is that it is not as technologically inept as the other continents.

MAISOCORD
- This continent is the second largest out there. It is located right in the middle of Serren and Aziah. It boasts a very powerful military and technological prowess that almost resembles Olonatus. But unlike Serren, the leader of this continent is a pacifist though he believes that having a well-groomed military is necessary to obtain peace. Eventhough the continent is covered in snow, the climate here is quite pleasant unlike Aziah. It is well populated and full of life, which is why the leader is trying not to become part of the war.

MILIOS
- This is probably one of the most beautiful continent in the world. It is surrounded by white sand beaches and a forest of palm trees. But not to be fooled by its exterior, it is one of the most crime-infested continents. Criminals from all walks of life infest the towns taking advantage of tourists the come and visit. But regardless of this, MEK pilots are granted respect and are mostly idolized by many… which is something some pilots seem to enjoy. This is probably why MEK pilots from all over come over and hang out during lulls in the war.

OLONATUS
- Although not really a military power, this continent is the best place to be when it comes to technology. Located beside Bruvotia, it is filled an array of technological marvel never seen anywhere else. This place is loaded with inventors, mechanics, MEK technicians and the likes. Like Maisocord, the leader of this continent is a pacifist, but doesn’t agree with military dominance. But even if he doesn’t believe in military power, he won’t back out of a good deal when presented the opportunity to show of the continent’s technological mastery.

SERREN
- The continent with a near-unstoppable military arsenal and technology that comes second to Olonatus. It is considered the “continent of the elite” because pilots who serve in the Serren military are just THAT good! It boasts some of the most battle-worthy MEKs out there and most of them were constructed by Olotanians or MEKs based on Olonatus technology, combined with their firepower. But even with this, the former leader would decline from using it military for anything other than peaceful means… that was until he disappeared. The new leader is a direct opposite, flexing the continent’s military muscle and will not stop until all has been conquered.


Now... in making your character, you choose one continent you're gonna be from and choose a job. Any job... it doesn't matter. Of course, if you go MEK pilot, you get to have a MEK. If you want a premade one or custom is up to you. Just let me know (via PM). Each continent has their own strength and weakness, so I'll give you the rundown (via PM as well) once you choose one. As far as the MEKs go... go nuts... but don't go overboard. If yer making something custom, just PM me what it would look like and what weapons it will have and I'll give you the pros and cons for it.
And also... your character may have psychic abilities... but I'll decide that once we get this RP rolling... /ok

Let me know if you have any other questions before I fire this up...

Oh well, since no one else is joining, I guess I can start this. Here we go...

It is the year 2155... 5 years before the MEKTON tournament. The king of Serren has formally annouced his intentions in competing as well. Many see this as a threat to any other who intends to compete as for some reason, any skilled pilots that have emerged from the past decade have mysteriously disappeared. Speculations about the King's involvement swirled, but other think that it has something to do with the "unknown" Mek that has been rumored to have been seen around the same area the former Serren leader disappeared.

SCENE: A seedy-looking bar in the middle of Milios

Two pilots are sitting in a corner table observing everyone in the bar... especially the female dancers.

Pilot 1: "Damn... Lily is such a knock-out! The other girls really don't compare. I wish I could go out with her one of these days..." *sigh*

Pilot 2: "Maaan... are you trying to commit suicide? You do know Lily is like the personal "assistant" to the King of Serren, right? That's why no one has ever even come close to her here in Milios. They know that girl is just trouble."

Pilot 1: "I know that! Why do you think we're here in the corner just staring?"

Both pilots look towards Lily and both just sighed.

Pilot 2: "In any case... so you're actually planning to join the compe..."

Pilot 1: "Shhhhh... not so loud... you know what happened to the other pilots, right?"

Pilot 2: "Oh... right... sorry. But do you really think the King really had something to do with that?"

Pilot 1: "I wouldn't doubt it, but for all those pilots to disappear in the same area the former Serren leader disappeared at as well. Something is not adding up."

Pilot 2: "I had Nichols look it up, but he really couldn't find anything. It's like their records of ever existing was deleted." *looks around and leans closer* "But he said that there may be someone in here that may know."

Pilot 1: "So that's why you called me over here. Do you have an idea who it might be?"

Pilot 2: "I'm still trying to figure it out myself. I doubt it's any of those Aziah jerks over there, though. If anything, I don't think that person is here just yet."

Suddenly, the bar door opens wide and a figure comes in.

Both of them waved at each other then the Pilot entered the bar. The mechanic went on his way to a nearby shop near the hangar when another pilot came up.

Pilot 2: "Hey wait up!"

Mechanic: "Whoa! You're here! It's been a while"

Pilot 2: "Yep! Haha! So, Daikem, what're you doing here?"

Daikem: "On my way to get some parts."

Pilot 2: "No, no. I mean what are you doing here in Milios for and so far away from Bruvotia? I was thinking you're on vacation or something?"

Daikem: "Oh no. Like I said. I came here for parts."

Pilot 2: "Parts? Are you salvaging again?"

Daikem just made a fake cough.

Pilot 2: "Haha! Just like the old you."

Daikem: "Hehe. Yeah. So you? What are you up to?"

Pilot 2: "Me? Well I'm here in a mission."

Daikem: "What mission?"

Pilot 2: "To get some drinks! Ha!"

Daikem: "And I bet you're up for girls too. Haha! You're just the same, Ace."

Daikem and Ace had a few moments and laughs but then...

Daikem: "Haha! Sorry but I have to go. I still have to fix up the meks."

Ace: "Still engrossed with mechanical duties, ey? Well don't push yourself too har, 'kay?"

Daikem: "Gotcha loud and clear."

They parted ways. Daikem looked back a bit when he noticed Ace going in an alleyway...

Both pilots laugh as they walk away from the bar. Meanwhile back inside the bar, Lily just finished up her performance and returns backstage.

Girl 2: "Indeed! Did you see those 2 Brovotian pilots looking at her! You could tell that they were mesmerize! And one of them is actually cute too!"

Lily: "Oh stop, you two! You know the King won't approve of me hanging out with pilots from another country... especially Bruvotia!"

Girl 1: "If that's the case can I have him then? Jana can have the other one."

Jana: "WHAT? I want the other pilot too! You can have the other guy! Lily, tell Tesla to give me the other guy!"

Lily: *sweatdrop* "Really, you two... you should just stop dreaming about those pilots... they're nothing but trouble." *expression turns somber for a second after saying the last phrase, but quickly perks up* "How about we go to the Casino and have a bit of fun ourselve, eh?"

Tesla: "OH! OH! Girl's night out!!! I'm game!!!"

Jana: "Yeah! Me too!!! Let's do it! The Terrific Trio terrorizes the town once again!"

All three girls started giggling when suddenly the manager came in.

Manager: "Lily... sorry to spoil your fun, but you seem to have a visitor. I think his name was..."

Lily's expression lightened up as she already knew who it was.

Lily: "Aoki!"

Lily hurriedly ran out to the front where a Milios Mek pilot was waiting by the bar.

(This particualr scene is for Anadorn to follow... if anyone wants to jump in, you can do a quick scene change... ie. "Meanwhile, back in the Hall of Justice..." )

(I normally don't edit posts in an RP, but for this instance, I shall. Yes, you can join, but you cannot take control of ANY NPCs unless it involves YOUR CHARACTER. Plus... the 2 pilots have been identified already. I would highly recommend to read each of the continent's description to understand how each one works.)

Lily: "Awww... Ao-chan you shouldn't have! Thank You"

Grabs the box and hugs Aoki(again)

Aoki:*smirks* well it can't be help to remind you again about the hugs?!?

Door opens

pilot: "Nakatomo!!!!

Lily lets go of Aoki

Pilot:Huh?.. *were Lily and Aoki hugging?...*

Aoki: "What is it?!"

pilot: "Uh.. Oh yeah!! Can't you hear the sirens dammit?! It's battle stations! move it!!!

Aoki: "Shit!! Sorry Lilian gotta go.."

Dashes off with other pilot before Lily could answer... Lily looks at the gift box then at the door

Lily: "Aoki... be careful...."

The whole island was suddenly on alert when a few unidentified MEKs started to approach the shoreline. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn't have been an issue since pilots from every continent come to Milios. This, however seems to be a different case.

From the edge of the shoreline, 2 Spydar MEKs were standing by.

Jasper: "This is new, isn't it? We never had MEKs approach the island with all their weapon systems online."

Tila: "Yeah... I'm getting a bit nervous right now. I've only been in combat once."

Radio from both MEKs: "Remember... they are not to be treated hostile unless the attack first! If they do attack... show no mercy, understand?"

Both: "Yes Ma'am!"

As the two MEKs approached, their appearance didn't seem to match any of the MEKs any continent had. One MEK looks like it's riding some sort of a hover craft while the other seems to have demon-shaped wings.

*inside the cockpit of the demon-winged MEK*
? 1: "It seems we have a welcoming comittee..."

? 2: *on the radio* "They are small fry... just disable them and move on. Our mission is to get her..."

? 1: "That's no fun... but oh well."

Suddenly, the demon-winged MEK disappeared.

Tila: "Holy!!! Jasper! Where did that other MEK go? I can't pick it up on my radar!"

Jasper: "Hold on... switching to thermal scan... anti-cloak scanner... What in? TILA!!! BEHIND YOU!!!"

Without warning, the demon-winged MEK appeared behind one of the Spydars and pulled out an energy scythe.

? 1: "Boo!"

With a single swipe, the demon-winged MEK cut off all the legs of the Spydar clean off. The whole thing just dropped on the beach immobilized.

Jasper: "TILA!!! You basta-"

Before Jasper could act, the other MEK was already in front of him.

? 2: "You should be worrying about yourself first..."

The MEK then extended both its arms and out came two blades.

? 2: "Crimson Melody"

The MEK then started to circle around the Spydar faster and faster. In a matter of seconds, the MEK stopped and as it retracted its weapons, the Spydar fell down, legs in several pieces.

Jasper: "Wh-what power! I've never seen a Mek move so fast! How?"

? 2: "We mean you no harm, but you were in our way. Dima... lets go... time is of the essence"

Dima: "Darn... and just when I was starting to enjoy myself. Fine... so where are we going, Aria-sama?"

Aria: "We're heading for the castle... but it seems our little show has drawn a few more participants."

(I leave it up to you folks to figure out if you want to battle or change scenes.)

The pilots took their positions. Daikem ran towards his own MEK, a heavily-modified Spydar.

Daikem: Well, think of it this way. The sooner we'll take them down, the sooner we'll get back to whatever we are doing.

They arrived in the scene a bit later. There were already MEKs that were taken down.

Jinai: What the...? Say how many MEKs are we taking down?

Daikem: Two.

Jinai: Two? Aww man. I don't want to chicken out now but aren't we supposed to? I mean c'mon. These MEKs aren't- Aww CRAP!!!

Daikem watched closely when the demon-winged MEK suddenly disabled Jinai's MEK.

Dima: What a bunch of small fries.

Aria: Shut up and take them down. We don't want them to return fire when we finally get...her...

Ace and the other pilots started charging at the two MEKs. Daikem on the other hand visited Jinai. He started pulling of the repair mechanics of his Spydar when...

Daikem: Oh damn.

Jinai: What?

Daikem: This would take longer than I thought.

Jinai: Why?

Daikem: I'll explain later.

Daikem's Spydar began working on repairing Rubeus' MEK.

Aria: Hmm? Dima! Take that mechanic down. We don't want any more MEKs to slow our pace.

Dima: Yeah, yeah...

Dima's MEK disabled another MEK then jumped towards Daikem's but Ace blocked him.

Dima: Get out of my way!

Dima simply hacked Ace's MEK away. Just when Dima was about to slash Daikem, he parried it with his Spydar's energy blade.

Dima: Ooh! A toughie!

Daikem: Heh! What? You think I was only focusing on repairing MEKs? I'll make sure I'll wipe your smirk in our face.

Dima: Bring it!

Daikem retracted his mechanical tools and started battling with Dima.

Jinai: Hey! What about me?

Daikem: Shut up. I'll get back to you.

The demon-winged MEK suddenly activated its cloaking field. Daikem wasn't surprised. He simply waited a bit and used the Spydar's hind legs to parry the MEK.

Dima: What the...heh. You're not such a small fry after all.

Daikem: Don't think I haven't encountered cloaking tricks before.

Dima: Hehe! But you won't survive this one!

Daikem parried his scythe again. Using the number of legs of his Spydar, he began attacking him on multiple sides. Dima managed to stop every attack then successfully hacked Daikem away. However...

Dima: Haha! You think you could defeat me? I...

Dima suddenly realized it. His MEK's leg became damaged. Dima looked at Daikem and his Spydar suddenly retracted his tools once more. Dima became enraged.

Dima: You...YOU DAMAGED MY MEK! YOU'RE GONNA PAY!

Dima started trashing Daikem's MEK. Daikem had no time to retaliate as Dima's attacks started moving faster and faster. Then, just when Dima was about to use his final blow, Aria stopped him.

Aria: Dima, playtime's over. Let's go.

Dima, still angered, reluctantly rejoined Aria, leaving Daikem's Spydar heavily damaged. With that, Daikem said...

Daikem: Hehe! I told you I was gonna wipe that smirk...of your face...

Then, Daikem became unconscious.

Both Demos and Lumina's thrusters increased and they started to fly faster than before heading towards Milios castle.

Meanwhile, inside the castle...

Soldier 1: "Commander, it seems the Spydars that were deployed were taken out."

Commander ?: "Already? What the heck do I train those damn pilots for? Someone ready my MEK! I'm going out there! What is our intruder's flight path?"

Soldier 2: "Ma'am... they seems to be heading here. Estimated time... 20 minutes!"

Commander ?: "As I expected... give me a visual! I want to see what these intruders look like..."

Soldier 2: "Yes Ma'am... cameras going online now."

The image of teh 2 MEKs appeared on the screen. The facial expression of the commander changed from cocky to a more serious look.

Commander ?: *thinks* "I never expected these two to come back so soon. I haven't even..."

Soldier 1: "Commander Lassette! Your MEK is ready for take off!"

Commander Lassette: "Thank you soldier. Okay everyone, stay at your post and monitor everything that is happening. No one will do anything without my orders, understand?"

All: "Yes Ma'am!"

A slight grin appeared on Commander Lassette's face as she started walking to her MEK.

She then halts and grabs Aoki by the collar... continues on, while dragging Aoki

Aoki:"Hey!?! Onee-sama?"

Commander:"Just shut up and come wid me!!!.... is Vermillion ready?"

Aoki:"Daikem forgot to tune him up, but he's fine.... why?"

Commander Lassete:"Just come with me... I'll be having a little chat with some old unpleasnt acquaintances....*I may need Vermillion out there*"

Aoki:"I got a BAD feeling about this..."

In the Filipinos way of saying it Wla lang...>.<
