Here is the guide to obtain the Baseball Cap for the 3rd Year Anniversary of iRO. I will add the coordinates and pics and edit accordingly.

Last year, iRO decided to give us little party hats that I honestly don't remember what it did, if any... so technically, it was fairly useless (But I think it was also when we had the Nile Quest... but I honestly can't remember. Anybody?). This year, however, they are treating us to their own version of 2x experience... a dang Baseball Cap.

The Baseball Cap for the duration of the event will give users +50% experience (base and job) for every kill. It has no DEF and cannot be removed from your inventory whatsoever (of course, you can equip it... duh!). Once the event is over, it will just become another headgear but will have a slot ala the Nile Rose. It can also be upgraded, but if it breaks, no guarantees that you can do another quest to get new one.

With that, here is how you can obtain the cap. Also, be sure to have at least 32k zeny to be able to complete the quest.

1) Go to Alberta and talk to Mr. O'BrewSTER (alberta 204,75). He will proposition you to go to the Tulabel Luto Travel Agency and do the tour for him. He will give you a "prize" once you complete it.

2) Talk to the Travel Agent (alberta 228, 88) near the docks and she will explain about what the Agency is about and will ask you where to go. There will be 4 places that you will be going to: Amatsu, Kunlun, Louyang and Ayothaya. It will cost you 3k zeny per town to warp. Talk to the Agency NPC thats on the docks of every town to obtain a Travel Brochure which will cost you 5k zeny. If you right click on the item, the places you need to visit are written in the description in RED. Once you obtain 4 "photos" in that town, return to the NPC you got the brochure from to obtain a Completed Brochure.

3)AMATSU:
> Tulabel Luto Guide (amatsu 192, 102)
> Water Shrine (ama_fild01 169, 312) Located in the top middle of the first field out of Amatsu. Lots of Hydras.
> Palace Lord (ama_in02 197, 169) Inside the castle, 4th level
> Legendary Tree (amatsu 260, 189) Right middle of the map. It's a big Cherry Blossom tree.
> Coy Pond (amatsu 178, 185) Beside the castle just behind the Palace Lord's Mother's house.

4)KUNLUN:
> Tulabel Luto Guide (gon_fild01 256, 100)
> Scholar Statue (gonryun 162, 120) Smack dab in the middle of the Kunlun.
> World Overlook (gonryun 36, 17) On the same map, at the end of the "tail" on the bottom left part of the map.
> Meditation Hill (gonryun 106, 107) On the big island, just a little bit to the left-ish.
> Mini-Town (gon_fild01 222, 228) In the middle of the Kunlun field that you first spawned on.

5)LOUYANG:
> Tulabel Luto Guide (lou_fild01 197, 118)
> Tiger and the Warrior Statue (louyang 218, 117) Right in the middle of the city of Louyang.
> Hospital (louyang 256, 96) From the Tiger/Warrior statue, a bit down and left.
> Louyang Palace (louyang 217, 232) Top middle of Louyang.
> Shouting Tower (louyang_field 199, 179) Louyang field right in the middle.

6)AYOTHAYA
> Tulabel Luto Guide (ayothaya 142, 71)
> Peaceful Statue 1 (ayothaya_field 115, 300) Outside of Ayothaya, top left.
> Shrine Chamber (ayo_in02 99, 162) Inside the Castle on the top middle of the city.
> Peaceful Statue 2 (ayothaya 150, 164) This one is not mentioned on the Brochure. Near the middle of the city.
> Tom Yum Goong Restaurant (ayothaya 233, 86) Just a little to the bottom-right of Louyang on the docks.

7)Once you have all 4 Brochures completed, return to Alberta and talk to O'BrewSTER. He will take the brochures and will ask you to come back in about 30 minutes and every 5 minutes within that hour (He'll also tell you to talk to his assistant which is basically his way of saying fight the Mobster he summons... bastard... ). If that sounds confusing... it is, so don't hang around waiting for 30 minutes for nothing. To be able to obtain the "prize", this is what you need to do.
>First, get the time that you concluded your talk with O'BrewSTER. This is important to figure out what time you need to come back to get the hat.
>>If you are lucky enough (or smart) and do it on the top of the hour or 30 after, just hang around for 30 minutes and talk to him (ie. if you talked to him at like 3:00, talk to him again at 3:30).
>>If you talked to him in between those times, you need to wait for the 30 minutes to pass until you wither get to the top of the hour or 30 after before you can talk to him (ie. you talk to him at 3:14, you need to wait until 4:00 to talk to him. If you talked to him at 3:40, come back at 4:30).
>If you talk to him early, he will just tell you to go to the Clock Tower and check the time (don't go there... it's not part of the quest).

8)When you talk to him after the time passes, you will receive the Baseball Cap and 1 Mastela Fruit.

NOTE: I haven't tested it yet, but some folks have said that if you pass an hour and have not obtained the hat, you will have to wait till the next day at the same time to do it (ala The Sign quest). If for some reason it still won't work, you will have to send the GMs an email with the following information: Account Name, Server, Character name, estimated time you turned in the Brochures and what time (PST) you will be available to pick up the hat. The GMs will then PM you in game and personally hand you the hat.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: I've already completed the quest 4 times and it hasn't failed or bugged on me yet, so the method I mentioned works.

Now go level hardcore for a month! The event ends on the 27th of June.
