The Japanese license is held by GungHo Online Entertainment. Gungho is majority owned by Softbank BB Corp., a wholly owned broadband unit of Softbank Corp., and operates online video game services.

This time Gravity is aiming for a polished product. Hence why they are leaving the beta to the Korean people. We might get a small one, but only a month long, just to test the translations.

None of what I said is made up, I read it on some Japanese/Chinese BBS for RO2.
