This depends on the circumstances.
For instance, a woman is waiting at home for her husband to return from Iraq. She loves her husband fondly and counts everyday down until the day he returns to embrace her. However, while she is happy in her days, our young hero is over in Iraq blowing up people and what-not. His mind at night goes back to thinking of his wife at home. Through modern-day technology they are capable of contacting each other through internet/telephone.
What do you think? Their love is stronger than ever, not minding the distance.
On the other hand, however, back during the vietnam, these forms of techology weren't available. Men were taken as POWs, went MIA, and all that remains are letters to their family that never reached home. The wife at home worries about her husband but continues to care for the kids. One day he returns home a changed man. The war has scared him emotionally and the man is no longer the man she remembered him to be.
What do you think? Their love was weak, because of the time from each other and events that took place.
Both of these stories are actual stories that have occurred in my family. Divorce was imminant from the Vietnam veteran, but because of technology the Iraq veteran was able to communicate with his wife and have a piece of mind. Adaptation is one of the Humans keenest abilities, and depending on the circumstances, different results are obtained.
Another instance could be that a man is constantly finding himself home alone with his wife out of town on business meetings. If their communication is strong, their relationship is strong. If their communication is weak, their relationship is weak.
So all in all, your lesson from this should be one thing: Communication is the most important aspect of a relationship.

well it depends on the kind of person u r. if u r a slutty pug (no offense to anyone who reads this) then i would say that u would wander, if u r just starting to see stuff in girls then i would also say that u would wander a bit.
if u have been dating a person for a real long time then u could still stare at the other sexes' parts that u find attractive(unless u r a slutty pig). but if u r the caring kind of person that isnt a slutty pig then u would become fonder or u would worry about what your partner is doing while they r away.
