A lot of members here have retired from Ragnarok Online, though. But I think a few including IdyotAko still play, and a few people still know the game like the back of their hands, so I'm sure your questions will be easily answered! Just don't forget to stick around after you get your information.

Apparently it was just a BETA for Konami. I was actually pretty good at that game, which played a huge part in me loving it. They eventually scrapped a bunch of lobby's and bandwidth went to the dogs. Lagging and glitching was a large part of it's demise, aside from Konami saying it cost way too much money to keep up (poor excuse IMO). And as for RO2..I've seen the screenshots and videos. It looks like a fun game, but not a fun Ragnarok game. Part of the magic about Rag is the 2-d and 3-d contrast, the characters look very FF Tactics-esque, which drew me to it!

Msgboards are usually a haven for rude, arrogant "knowitallz" or 7331 jerks. And I'm glad everyone seems nice! As for Runagi not knowing about "MGO", it was around for only a year. Totally right... Where have I been?. Unfortunately, I'm working full time and my off time is spent skateboarding or sleeping. I haven't been able to play RO lately...kind of a bummer.
As for these forums, I def browse but I'm lazy and don't always login/comment on threads/posts.
No, I have not faded into the abyss haha. I might be coming back more, considering my current injuries.

Heh sorry i didnt get to welcome you in but as it is i havent been able to get on myself really. I also have started working full time and have even been offerd to work night shifts. Well basicaly just trying to say had no time. Well better late then never eh?
