wow... if anyone of you dudes don't know how to answer the last question.. I'll give you some info Content

YOU MAY IGNORE THIS O_O

RAGNAROK = in norse myth it is called the end of the world preferably the God's world, Asgard. it is more likely the war of GODS vs GIANTS, except Loki, God of mischief, deceit (Kinju: Spelling corrected) or the Trickster God, with his sons, Jormungand(Midgard Seprent, a serpent so big it can wrap the whole world easily), and Fenrir, a wolf who scared Odin's eye( forgot if it was his left or right eye) making it blind, so Fenrir was bondaged and kept with a mystic chain(forgot the chain's name) behind Odin's chair(?).. oh yeah back to the point, Loki and his sons were on the giants side... after RAGNAROK, well some of my research say the world will just be a big void, others say humans are now free from the Gods rule, few no conclusions.

Anyway the game's title is Ragnarok, because originally it is a Korean manga (Manwha for the Koreans) drawn and written by Lee Myoung Jin. The strory is a completely revised story of the Norse Myth. It talks about the Rune Knight, Chaos, who is the reincarnation of Baldur and how he will start Ragnarok if he gets all his Memory back. Accompanied by Iris Irine the Cleric, Fenris Fenrir, the Sorceress, Loki, the Assassins Cross' Squad Captain, and Lydia the Thief. in the manga you would actualy see the game's swordsman, mage, thief, merchie, and such plus a few of the monsters found in the game and some NPC's too(heheh you can actually see that Reindeer for the santa bag quest in itContent) plus as you cann see the Server's name are taken from the main character's...

I know I'm asking a lot, but I need around 10 people to take this interview so I can give a good analysis.
Please make your answers with more details and better explanations, instead of yes and no.
Thank you in advance.

Approximate date of starting to play Ragnarok: Feb 2002
Approximate date of ending Ragnarok (if applicable): It was on and off a few places, like over all maybe -6 months inbetween these dates (of not playing). March 2005
Average Time per day playing Ragnarok: Anytime
Would you refer yourself as an addict of Ragnarok (explain why): Was, I don't play the game anymore. Because of the amount of time I played. The fact that I would contemplate eating / socializing over playing Ragnarok. And when I didn't have the chance to play, I thought about the game. So I guess you could say I was.
What kind of vocabulary/language is created in Ragnarok that you would use
(example: GG, PK, LoL, WTF, tanker, healer, noob): A lot of it, too much to explain, but I was well read in the terminology, it also expanded my already existent knowledge of just general internet shorthand such as: GTG, brb, etc.
Do you use the vocabulary in Ragnarok while in public? Explain why or why not., I don't follow when you ask if i use it in public, I'm going to assume in real life. The answer is yes, but only when I'm being funny, I don't accidently slip it out. I'm not that nerdy.
Do you act the same way while playing Ragnarok and in public? Explain. A few times I caught myself feeling like my character in game, in real life. One of which was when I was sparing someone in karate. I'm a blackbelt BTW, and have taken karate for nearly 10 years.
Are most of your friends an addict of Ragnarok or related to Ragnarok in any cases: (How did you meet them, are their interest similar to yours, etc.) My friends whom I met before RO in real life, I got them addited but they pulled away from it eventually. And a majority of whomever still plays Ragnarok probably could be considered addicts. For me the re-play value is somewhat ceased. Not to mention that I think it was a healthy decision to move away from the game, I don't get any cravings to play, which is good. I did quit cold turkey though.
Did playing Ragnarok make you socialize or behave differently while with others? Well, I'll avoid the lengthy response on this one. Let's just say Ragnarok helped me pull myself out of a pit of depression caused by highschool, and the social foodchain. But playing it too much also stressed me out. I think I have the game to thank for giving me some escapism from reality, even if sometimes it was too much.
Do you believe Ragnarok has changed you in anyway? How? Like the answer above. Plus the fansite forced me to be creative and to teach myself lots of things.
What roles do you play in Ragnarok? (example: In our society, we take on roles like a student or as simple as a person who suppose to take out the garbage for Friday night.) A leader, most of the time. But when I was not, just acting like a stud was enough for me (without being arrogant).
Why does Ragnarok interest you? (Look into why would you spend countless hours playing it) It was unique, and it offered a lot of escape. Lots of good fun times I had.
What do you believe the meaning of Ragnarok is (purposes of the game, symbols displayed in the game, etc.)? Going to go off on a limb here, but possibly that you shouldn't give up through life. Any goal can be achieved, no matter how far away it is, if you set your mind to it.

Approximate date of starting to play Ragnarok: July/August 2003
Approximate date of ending Ragnarok (if applicable): N/A
Average Time per day playing Ragnarok: Extremely Random. Sorry bout this...
Would you refer yourself as an addict of Ragnarok: Yes and No. Yes because I know a lot, read stuff about RO and all and No because nowadays, I play it only to pass time and maybe talk to people I meet.
What kind of vocabulary/language is created in Ragnarok that you would use: Not in particular. I hardly use slang.
Do you use the vocabulary in Ragnarok while in public? Explain why or why not. Like I said, I hardly use slang and therefore, what language I use now is the language I use in the game. Probably maybe except for the usage of AFK (away from keyboard).
Do you act the same way while playing Ragnarok and in public? Explain. Yeah. It's only in RO and other games that I express myself in a totally different way and yet remain the same in the 'real world'.
Are most of your friends an addict of Ragnarok or related to Ragnarok in any cases: No. There were some who played RO but not most of them. I would call them players or even former players but not addicts.
Did playing Ragnarok make you socialize or behave differently while with others? Many times I said it, I'm still the same as ever. Well, not really but it wasn't RO that has affected me.
Do you believe Ragnarok has changed you in anyway? How? See answer above.
What roles do you play in Ragnarok? In-game wise, I'm the support type. I'd help in anyway I can. Outside the game, I (once) provided information to my friends.
Why does Ragnarok interest you? Prolly because it was the first MMORPG in our country.
What do you believe the meaning of Ragnarok is? The end of the world...Anadorn has a good reply to this question.
