It's been a week, possibly more. Shall we make the ban perminent, or lift the ban and see what happens? Just need your guys input on this one. I want to do the right thing here. 
I say lift it and see what happens. If he does what he did again, then that's probably asking for a permanent ban already since he has been warned and punished once. 3rd offense usually is perma ban, if not first.
