it's not about the strictness of a country... as an ex.... alcohol is allowed.... and that already make a lot of people dead.... but if already legalize that kinda stuff.... why not add 1 more it's not going to change the death rate a lot!! even if we dont legalize it, people still consume it... so what's the point
