My friend says you need to be at Job lvl 45 to get the really cool knight armor for the Soldier, Is this true?

I like how people complain about the real servers. But when you think about it - not supporting the developers only will make the situation worse.
Actually, you can turn into a Knight at job 40 in any servers... you probably will not have all the skills, though.
