I've just stumbled upon this guy named Reborv Doug in the Prontera Castle and he was asking for these items: 4 cat tread, 5 womans mustache, 4 root of stones, 3 sputum of bird and 3 sinews of bear and if I hand over these items to him, he'll create this certain item that starts with M...I think its meljingrad or something

for me that would be impossible to obtain and btw i think we need to analyze the meaning of those items in order to understand what they are
