I heard about this on guiness the TV show about a foreign guy, I guess their Mother was suppose to have twins. Out popped one. Since it was in a third world country no one asked any questions. At age 17, he doubled over at work. They immediately took him to the hospital and gave him an X-Ray. His Brother was alive and growing inside of him, feeding off his blood...

It ended sort of sadly. He was extremely disfigured, and I think they just removed him and let him (or IT - in this case) die.

Reminds me of the movie with Mel Gibson (1997), he's character was someone that had that 3rd arm obtruding from his back amputated.

I always wondered what would happen if someone came behind you with a crowbar over the head, and you catch it with your 3rd arm and bend it and half with your fingers.
