Could anyone not a moderator/admin/whatever try to edit their own post in a closed thread? The "About Israel" thread would do fine. Unless the mods are the only ones able to edit post in closed topics or it is intentional, I don't think anyone's supposed to edit or post in them.

As far as editing in a closed thread... If it's yer own post, I think you should be able to edit it... you just can't add to the thread anymore. It's basically the same deal back in the old ROHQ.

i mean in most forums, users can edit their own post
but unless ur a staff, u obviously cant delete others or edit others
