culverts lvl 1 or 2. You can get to it by going to the top left corner of pront building and talking to the recruiter and he'll warp you to the area where you talk to a guard and get sent down there, level 1/2 are easy for vit's, and still pretty easy for agi builds.

If you can afford a wind guache, or some sort of powerful wind weapon, you can level down there for a while. Around 45 you can peek your head in level 4, be careful for goldie though 
and cramps (they put cramps in there)

Actually, even in Culverts Level 3, be careful in there. Sometimes a mob of Male Thief Bugs hang out which is bad for the skin...er...low-leveled characters.

Well if you can get a knife powerful enough to kill the bigger bugs in one hit, then you can avoid mobbing. Secondly the ASPD is faster w/ a knife vs sword. So you kill faster.
Well that's true. Then I realize the real reason why I keep dying is because I lack equipment.
