If you've played the original Valkyrie Profile, then this is nothing new. Just a port to the PsP, with new CG cutscenes instead of the original Anime cutscenes. However with a $40 price tag for the PsP title, instead of the $100+ price tag for the original, this is quite a great idea by Square-Enix to re-release this title.
The subtitle, ''Lenneth'' is the main characters name, who is a goddess sent to Earth to collect the souls of suitable warriors for the inevitable battle with the evil god Ragnarok. This is definitely one of the best RPGs placed on the PsP (only PoPoLo Crois comes decently close). With the Prequel, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria coming out soon for the Ps2, I'm definitely starting to say I can't wait for the prequel.
If you have a PsP, definitely consider purchasing this gem of a game.

Still have my original, was excited to see them port it to the PsP. The art alone in the instruction manual is just as priceless as the original game. Still hands down a wonderful game. Only downside in my opinion was the 3 to 5 second load times, but other than that, a wonderful game. Like Runagi said, a definite buy if you were a fan of the original Valkyrie Profile.
