Is this spell better then LoV or SG?
For WoE, MS is a great spell, especially if there are more than one casting it as the damage stacks. SG doesn't stack, but is a vital part of WoE as well. LoV is normally used as a spell after SG since it's most useful after stuff freezes... although it's blinding effect is quite nice too.
