Are you still going to school? If not, do you have a job?

If yer dad is still supporting you, then it is within his parental rights to set the rules of the house. Even if it seems a bit harsh and unfair, it's his house and as long as you live in that house, you kinda have to abide by the rules.

So yeah... yer stuck with him until you do move out. After which, I'm sure both of your lives will change. How much, well... that's something only time will tell.

As far as yer dad's GF goes... it's always seems to be a natural reaction for the children to not want to accept the new "mom" type in the household. If the person is being nosy, she may just want to kinda get to know you. That's not to say that she might also be just a giant royal pain in the butt... but you get the picture.

When you get married and have kids of your own... you might also understand what it's like to be a parent... /ok
