I just stared playing it and its similar to RO except while RO has more classes and such, this tends to be less tedious. There are way more quests, the partying system is neater (only 6 maximum though) but the experience gaining system is awesome. Instead of getting exp when you kill a monster, its every hit so you won't be so pissed off if someone kills your monster. There are more stats for you to explore so more builds as well.
