Give me a solid example, and I will believe this. Until then, I don't believe this has any reality. There is censorship, such as cussing on television and nudity. But even these two are being breached closer and closer to non-existant. Look at television today, there are plenty of sexual situations, and even some of the cusswords censored only a few years ago have become accepted. Examples? Ass and Damn. Just watch some Comedy Central, and you'll hear them.

no, i'm not talking about cencorship... well, H and stuff IS cencored.... i mean the department of homeland security... youdo kno that in US, there are some goverment agents that can breach the law? i mean the can kill, destroy, etc to complete their goal... and why would the govt cencor HWhat? i mean the one that might put the govt into bad position.. as for solid example, i forgot.. sorry, but as soon as i get to school again, i'll look for it again..

The Viet War was never a lie. It did happen, and there is plenty of footage available to watch and plenty of articles to read on it. America entered the war incrementally between 1950 and 1965. The multiple starting dates for the war complicate efforts to describe the causes of U.S. entry. The United States became involved in the war for a number of reasons, and these evolved and shifted over time. The main reason for entering the war, was that every American president regarded the enemy in Vietnam--the Vietminh; its 1960s successor, the National Liberation Front; and the government of North Vietnam, led by Ho Chi Minh--as agents of global communism. Please, if you want to talk History send me a PM.

it did happened... what i say is the reason... the reason that the goverment give to the public was that the viet rebel sank US destroyer... now.. let's think, why would a US ship in their seasWhat? and after such a long time, it is discovered that the ship is on a spy mission, when US is not officially involved with them, so it's just a normal self defense... and there are other wars that happened on lies too... hehehe

I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion of this being a mindtrick. The military provides plenty of jobs for American citizens. Being part of this military is all voluntary. There is nothing telling anyone that they HAVE to serve. Sure there is a paper that is handed to every 18 year old boy saying they are part of the draft. However, the draft is no longer active, and there is no reason for it to be.

well, it is voluntary, but howWhat? the goverment have been affecting our way of thinking since we were in grade school ... everywhere, there are posters, movies about heroes of wars.. so we are bound to love them.... that's why the govt put so much money into advertising military... me myselfWhat? i would LOVE to join the USAF, but i dont really know.. hahaha it sure is provide you jobs and all, but in the military, you dont have right.. everyt right you have was gone when you sign that paper, what ur commander do to you is legal, like cursing you all the time, hitting you,etc... it's good to defense your country and all, but when the giverment is real. i'll explain the nest one in here too okWhat? example, in Iraq war, just now.... the reason is to stop them from developing nuclear weapon. but do you knowWhat? before this, US was a good friend of Saddam Husein.... and then US also help iraq against iran, but suddenly, ... war... and isnt that obviously personal vendettaWhat? until now, there has been no evidence of what the goverment reason is true...

and hmm... i get al my facts from my school <lol> the history is 2 sided, as they say, you can see it from the US' textbook view, or as the world see it... of course the US books will support US, but who knows the truthWhat?

Why is hentai censored? The same reason as pornography, it contains nudity and isn't suitable for children. Government agents that can breach the law to kill someone or destroy something? Please give an example, I'll enjoy reading it. There are covert agents (aka Central Intelligence Agency [CIA]) that gather information for national defense purposes. There is the Secret Service that protects the president and vice president, as well as work with the Department of Homeland Security... I don't see any agencies that are licensed to kill. Have you been watching too many James Bond movies?

The reason is a long and drawn out one. But since you seem to want to talk history, let's have a history lesson.

In May 1950, President Harry S. Truman authorized a modest program of economic and military aid to the French, who were fighting to retain control of their Indochina colony, including Laos and Cambodia as well as Vietnam. When the Vietnamese Nationalist (and Communist-led) Vietminh army defeated French forces at Dienbienphu in 1954, the French had to accede to the creation of a Communist Vietnam north of the 17th parallel while leaving a non-Communist entity south of that line. The United States refused to accept the arrangement. The administration of President Dwight D. Eisenhower undertook instead to build a nation from the spurious political entity that was South Vietnam by fabricating a government there, taking over control from the French, dispatching military advisers to train a South Vietnamese army, and unleashing the CIA to conduct psychological warfare against the North.

President John F. Kennedy rounded another turning point in early 1961, when he secretly sent 400 Green Beret soldiers to teach the South Vietnamese how to fight what was called counterinsurgency war against Communist guerrillas in South Vietnam. When Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963, there were more than 16,000 U.S. military advisers in South Vietnam, and more than 100 Americans had been killed. Kennedy's successor, Lyndon B. Johnson, committed the United States most fully to the war. In August 1964, he secured from Congress a functional (not actual) declaration of war: the Tonkin Gulf Resolution. Then, in February and March 1965, Johnson authorized the sustained bombing, by U.S. aircraft, of targets north of the 17th parallel, and on 8 March dispatched 3,500 Marines to South Vietnam. Legal declaration or no, the United States was now at war.

Just a short cap of the cause of the war.

Some of the things you say may have been true in the past, but commanders aren't allowed to physically touch you in any harmful manner. I havn't seen any posters symbolizing the military. Movies are for entertainment purposes, if you find war movies interesting, then that's just something you enjoy. Not everyone likes these types of movies, and if you pick it up as the military trying to mindtrick you to join, then maybe you're personally hiding the fact that you'd like to join them. I've watched movies and I've never felt compelled to run off and join the Army or Air Force.

As far as the US being friends with Saddam, this is a farse. We simply didn't impose on his actions. George Bush (the first) did have connections with the Arab region, but these were simply to keep peace in hand. I don't think very many people understand the point of the Iraq war at this point, but in the beginning it was for the fact that Saddam posed as a potential threat stating he had nuclear weapons. However we all know now that this wasn't the case in hand. Thus, the War is strongly protested. Have you seen George W. Bush's approval ratings? They were at record high after Septemer 11, 2001, but have declined significantly because of his poor handling of the Iraq War.

P.S. -- Don't Get me wrong here. I don't support War. I'm just stating that there was provoking on both sides of the field.

here's my history

The U.S. military did not help its cause by committing a growing number of brutalities and atrocities against Vietnamese civilians (i.e., My Lai, Thanh Phong, the Tiger Force massacres, etc.) and indiscriminately bombing the countryside and mountains, planting untold numbers of land and sea mines, and using toxic chemicals such as Agent Orange to deforest the countryside, and which, even 30 years later, continues to contaminate Vietnamese food and people. All these actions ultimately devastated the lands and lives of countless Vietnamese and were contributing factors in the U.S. ultimately losing the support of many Vietnamese citizens.

Their opportunity for full and direct confrontation came after the U.S. destroyer Maddox was supposedly attacked by the North Vietnamese on August 2, 1964, although several sources claimed the attach never actually took place. Nonetheless, President Johnson succeeded in passing the Gulf of Tonkin resolution that effectively authorized full-scale U.S. military intervention in Viet Nam. By the end of 1965, 180,000 U.S. troops were fighting in Viet Nam and reached its peak of 540,000 by 1969.

which is proven that US destroyer in on SPY mission across the natinal sea of vietnam

i told you i would like to join... but that is another case.. what i mean is for american, since very young age they are exposed to all this media bluff and yellow journalism... which usually is manipulated by the goverment, but sometime we also get the real info from outside world, which then we know that the goverment is wrong, and do nothing about it...

okey, so if saddam is a threat to US coz making nuclear, WHERE is the evidenceWhat? we can not find any evidence of development of nuclear weapon there, and moreover, before we start the war, the FBI say there's enough proof to go there, but where is that proff nowWhat? arent they just making it up for the benefit of support of warWhat?
